The Court of 8 is the de facto leadership of Arms of Chaos. They are elected and deposed through single combat with other members. Any member may challenge any captain on the court for their position.
Court members may also challenge one another for higher seats, though they posess equal powers. These contests are overseen by a select few founders who maintain emergency rights. Formal challenges must be whitnessed, or recorded with date and time confirmations.
Court members may also be removed by a vote of 7 to 1, or if a challenge goes unanswered for a period of three weeks.
New court members may have the option of recieving their very own custom Chaos Star pirate flag design.
